2. Products

Our products are cosmetics for external use only. Please follow the directions for use. Before first use, we recommend a patch test on a small area of skin. If irritation occurs, stop using the product. Results may vary from person to person.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) for UK customers, including any applicable taxes. Delivery costs are shown before you complete your purchase. Payment is made using the methods available at checkout, in a secure, encrypted environment.

4. Orders

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation by email. We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of an obvious pricing error, product unavailability or suspected fraud; in that case, the amount paid is refunded in full.

If you live in the United Kingdom, this does not deprive you of the protection given by the mandatory consumer laws of the UK, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live. If you have a complaint, please contact us first: we’ll do our best to resolve it quickly.
